Mr Dayan is Indonesian and one of the significant person in North Sumatra. He was graduated from a well-known University in Taiwan and is currently active in several organisations such as Head of Chambers of Commerce Industry for Medan region, Head of Indonesian Chinese Association and as alumni for Indonesian Taiwan Student.
He speak fluent Indonesian, English, Hokian as well as Mandarin languages.
